From November 4 to 6, 2025, the Las Vegas Convention Center hosted the annual global event for automotive manufacturing and aftermarket customization — SEMA SHOW 2025. As one of the most influential exhibitions in the global automotive aftermarket, SEMA SHOW brings together innovative design, advanced manufacturing, and digital technologies from around the world.
At this year’s show, SCANOLOGY partnered with 3DeVOK (Booth #12621) to showcase a range of self-developed 3D scanning solutions, providing efficient and convenient 3D data acquisition for automotive customization, damaged part restoration, and interior personalization.
Over the three-day event, the 3DeVOK booth attracted automotive manufacturers, modification designers, and 3D printing service providers from North and Latin America, creating extensive opportunities for interaction and exchange.
The 3DeVOK MT professional 3D scanner, featured at the booth, demonstrated exceptional performance across diverse automotive applications, thanks to its innovative triple-light-source design:
Many visitors were pleasantly surprised to discover that the “professional-grade” MT is already capable of handling a wide range of industrial tasks. Its compact design, high-precision performance, and user-friendly operation demonstrated that not all scenarios require expensive industrial-grade scanners, and the right tool can deliver maximum efficiency.
With the rapid adoption of 3D scanning and digital technologies in the automotive aftermarket, an increasing number of designers and manufacturers rely on 3D models for rapid customization and verification.
3DeVOK enables users to extract precise geometric data from physical parts through high-precision scanning combined with digital 3D modeling, which can then be used for design, simulation, and 3D printing production.
Although the workflow was not directly demonstrated at SEMA, it remains a key focus in the industry. In this workflow, STL data captured by 3DeVOK scanners can be imported into QUICKSURFACE or other reverse engineering software, enabling efficient conversion from scanned data to editable CAD models.
This workflow is not only applicable for reverse engineering automotive modification parts but also supports component design, custom mold development, and digital archiving.

The successful conclusion of SEMA SHOW 2025 marks another significant step for 3DeVOK in automotive customization and digital design.
Looking ahead, 3DeVOK will continue collaborating with global partners to provide smarter, more flexible 3D scanning solutions for automotive manufacturing, custom modification, and digital visualization, ensuring that every creative design can be precisely captured and efficiently realized.
