What happens when high precision meets wireless freedom? At this year’s Taiwan 3D Printing & Additive Manufacturing Equipment Exhibition, 3DeVOK, with the strong support of its official distributor in Taiwan — FEASUN, presented a clear answer to what happens when high precision meets wireless freedom.
By combining the 3DeVOK MT professional 3D scanner with the 3DeVOK Airgo wireless handle, the demonstration achieved up to 0.10 mm resolution and offered visitors an immersive experience of large-scale scanning with complete wireless flexibility.
During the exhibition, the 3DeVOK MT handheld 3D scanner showcased industrial part scanning in its 34-line blue laser mode, achieving a maximum accuracy of 0.04 mm and a resolution of 0.10 mm. Fine details such as holes and sharp edges on metallic components were captured with high fidelity.
With a frame rate of up to 80 FPS, complete 3D data of the parts were generated rapidly on-site, clearly demonstrating the 3D scanner’s value in reverse engineering, quality inspection, and other industrial applications.
In infrared speckle mode, the 3DeVOK MT color 3D scanner performed facial scanning. Classified as a Class I, eye-safe laser, this mode ensures user safety and avoids visible light interference, making it ideal for scenarios where strong lighting is undesirable. Visitors witnessed firsthand how facial features were captured in detail.
This mode is particularly well-suited for cultural heritage preservation, art digitization, and character modeling, where minimizing light pollution is essential.
Notably, the demo was conducted entirely with the 3DeVOK Airgo wireless handle, allowing operators to scan from flexible angles with smoother movement and improved consistency, enhancing the overall user experience.
When operating in infrared VCSEL structured light mode, the 3DeVOK MT professional 3D scanner provided a maximum scanning area of 1100 × 1000 mm and an effective working distance of up to 1500 mm, making it ideal for rapid full-body modeling.
Paired with the 3DeVOK Airgo wireless handle, operators could freely move around the subject without cable restrictions. The dual-battery system supported extended scanning sessions, while Wi-Fi 6 transmission enabled nearly zero-latency data transfer, with the full-body 3D model displayed in real time on the monitor.
In addition to professional demonstrations, 3DeVOK and FEASUN invited attendees to try the MT portable 3D scanner themselves under staff guidance. Visitors experimented with scanning industrial parts, art pieces, and figurines, experiencing firsthand how easy it was to operate.
Even first-time users of 3D scanning were able to complete scans successfully after only a short introduction, highlighting the 3DeVOK MT’s balance between high performance and user-friendly operation.
Through real-world demonstrations in part, facial, and full-body scanning, 3DeVOK showcased the multi-light source adaptability of the MT infrared 3D scanner and its wide-ranging applications, while also emphasizing the operational innovation brought by the Airgo wireless handle.
The booth attracted strong attention and recognition from both industry experts and creators.
3DeVOK sincerely thanks FEASUN for their full support in making this showcase possible, giving more users in Taiwan the opportunity to experience 3DeVOK’s innovative products and solutions up close.
Looking ahead, 3DeVOK will continue to combine high-precision scanning with greater freedom and intuitive user experiences, driving new applications across industrial and creative fields.
